Business Analyst (Core Banking), Vice President
Who we are looking for
As a Business Analyst for the Banking Platform at State Street, you will be part of an exciting transformation Banking Modernization program where you will interface with multiple areas within the organization and be responsible for clarifying the requirements for the Banking System. In this role you will leverage your strong analytical and system knowledge skills to implement the solutions and drive efficiency through project leadership and a long-term vision for how the banking system will operate within the organization. You will maintain an excellent understanding of the business's long-term goals and business strategy and ensure that the functionality of the system is aligned.
What you will be responsible for
As an Application Development / Maintenance, VP you will
• Drive adoption and standardization of Banking Platform functional processes/setup across teams
• Review, analyze and recommend functional changes to improve system interaction
• Have the ability to translate requirements and ideas into proper functional and technical design documents
• Work closely with testing teams across multiple systems to build out the Banking Platform best practices
• Research and experiment with functional solutioning
• Partner with product management and development teams to rapidly translate the understanding of business operations and requirements to working solutions
• Work with multiple teams for the integration of various systems inclusive of development, migration and functional analysis

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 8+ years banking background
• Experience in working at large financial services organizations
• Bachelors / Master's with Business or related field

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $212,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
